How Scholarship Funds Can Be Used: To ensure this scholarship provides meaningful support, recipients may use the awarded funds not only for tuition and fees but also for other essential expenses related to their education. These may include, but are not limited to: tuition, fees, books, course materials, art supplies, production equipment, transportation, housing, utilities, meals, groceries, application fees for four-year programs or certifications, and other essential expenses related to the recipient’s education and academic progress.
Eligibility Confirmation: You confirm that you meet all the eligibility criteria for this scholarship, including being at least 18 years old, being a U.S. citizen, and being a high school senior, college student, graduate student, or adult student pursuing a degree or certificate in film, television, multimedia, or a related field from an accredited college or university located in the United States.
Use of Personal Information: You consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal information provided in this form by Luma Creative for the purposes of administering the scholarship program. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your application or as required by law.
Publicity and Marketing: If selected as a scholarship recipient, you grant Luma Creative permission to use your name, likeness, and scholarship-related content (e.g., your essay or commercial budget) for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and other public platforms, without further compensation.

No Obligation to Award: Submission of this application does not guarantee that you will be awarded a scholarship. Luma Creative reserves the right to select recipients based on the criteria outlined and to decline to award the scholarship if suitable candidates are not found.
Indemnification: By participating in this scholarship program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luma Creative and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the program or the use of your submission.
Governing Law: This scholarship program and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this scholarship program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City and County of San Francisco, California.
