Case Study

The World Food Program was hosting an event for their innovator series in the San Francisco Bay Area and needed a comprehensive suite of AV rental and production services for their local event at Google. For this job, we provided a site visit to gather initial details and then assembled an estimate that provided everything they needed. In addition to our corporate event video production services, they also needed audio equipment, staging, pipe and drape, and video walls.

The event was planned between Germany, where our client was located, and the US. Timezone differences made this tricky, but we were happy to provide several early calls to make sure everything they needed was being handled. As the event logistics continued to evolve over time, we provided two more site visits to take final measurements to help them figure out the best room configuration. Although the space they were given was not ideal, we made the best of it and made our client shine!
