Galderma wanted to produce a Diversity and Inclusion film that highlighted real employees both inside and outside the workplace. We traveled to their headquarters in Fort Worth Texas to meet their employees and learn their stories. Through this eye-opening experience we saw that they were not simply faking it, but instead were making it their mission to help increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
We provided story development, production as well as post production for this project. While travel jobs can be tricky, we were able to work with a solid crew to make things run smoothly!
